Buy once cry once

That saying applies here for sure ,, I did new brake lines with my portals on a x3 and tried to vac bleed these
I had already known about the AGM and cap setup from the forums ,, well bleeding was going poorly so bought this kit and 3 days later I had it , 30 min later my brakes were all bled ,, flawless and if you buy a 45* 1/4 npt you can use the AGM fitting with a windshield in place

Outstanding Product - AGM Products Brake Pressure Bleeder

I felt strongly enough to write a review of the AGM products Brake Pressure Bleeder and Brake Reservoir Cap - Universal Adapter. I am very familiar with the traditional method of bleeding brakes through pumping of the brake pedal and opening the bleeder screw. This was always a 2-person job but no more. I used this kit of items on my 2009 C6 Corvette and it worked flawlessly. I did not fill the canister with brake fluid, rather I wanted to fill the brake fluid manually after performing two brakes lines at a time. The universal cap adapter securely fit on the brake fluid holding tank securely allowing the positive air pressure from escaping. Follow the directions and use no more than 12-15 psi in the tank and ensure no leaking through the rubber cap on the tank. Additionally, when using the cap adapter, ensure you route the chain around any brake lines or wires, this is an extremely important step. I hope this gives any car enthusiast the confidence to perform the brake bleeding method by themself in a safe and easy way. This is a wonderful product. And yes, I am an actual customer of this product and very happy with the decision to purchase!

Works but bad impression.

It works, but it comes with a lot of black plastic debris in the chamber that you have to waste time, energy, and brake fluid to clean out. Otherwise you're pumping specs of black plastic into your ABS system and brake lines...

Gene, I apologize, that is a shitty first impressions and not at all what we aim for. We will review the cleaning process before packaging to figure out how this slipped by QC. If you are still seeing small pieces of plastic in your bottle, we are happy to exchange the product for a new one free of charge. Please email us at sales@agm-products.com if we need to exchange the product.
Thank you for making us aware of this and again we apologize for the oversight.

Should include pressure specifications upfront with the product listing on the main page NO CLICKS!!

preface to the wall of text... user error and lack of information up front
So yea got a new to me car that needed a brake system overhaul (honda element for what its worth). I learned about the product and the Brake Pressure Bleeder kit from youtube.. And i literally laughed out loud and giggled like a school girl showing co-workers the products. ordered the whole shebang my following payday! skip to parts delivery day car is in the air calipers off lines "plugged" to avoid spillage... and then i realize the pressure rating of the universal adapter is lower than anticipated. had no way to go and purchase a secondary regulator to reliably down pressure consistently... hydraulic pressure yadda yadda and i spilled over a liter of fluid that belched from above and below the rubber boot!

all that being said i assume its a good product if used directly as intended... cool products just need more concise information.

my only gripe with the products is that most of the connecting hardware seems to be plated steel, for the price id expect the products to have stainless or brass materials used.

P.S. would have been real nice to have a sticker or two for the tool boxes... or the bumper.. just sayin :)

Pressure bleeder

The pressure bleeder. Is a huge benefit to a mechanic working alone. Bleed brakes with out help. Works great. Would recommend it for a small shop or even a big shop that does a lot of brake work
